All prices on this website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices without notice. When placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide, including payment details, is accurate and complete.
You can checkout and pay using major credit and debit cards, Clearpay & Klarna. We only ship orders once payment has been made.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the UK and internationally upon request. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
If shipping within UK, your order will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of this product, returns aren't accepted once used or opened.
We will only accept returns on damaged goods. Please take photos of any damages & send us an email. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to be eligible for refund. Contact us at [email protected] for return instructions.
We will issue refunds once we receive and inspect the returned item. If accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees.
